I want to nominate on the WOS Awards but I'm not sure of who would go into which categories. Would you class Velma Kelly in Chicago as a supporting role or a leading role? I know it won the Supporting Role Oscar but not sure if the same would go in theatre.... Thanks for any help :)

I thought you could only nominate performers for shows opening this "season"?

I think they might do that so that 2 actors from the same production can be nominated.

Who are the favorites?

Thank you very much :) Don't think you can see the favourites as far as I know.

It's productions opening in London between 1 December 2009 - 30 November 2010 that are eligible for votes, with exception of Best West End Show being any of them, regional being out of London and Event of the Year.

I'm making my choices at the moment, some are easy for me and some are proving a challenge!

Without a doubt, the role of Velma Kelly is a leading role and should be treated as such B) and should be nominated in the take over section.

Yes Chicago would not be eligible, however you could nominate the actress you want in 'BEst Takeover in a Role'
