Hello all, can someone please settle an argument for me. My friend says that people who live in Northern Island cant vote for their favourite Nancy! Is this true? if so why?

They can if they live in Britain. I have a lot of relations from there. They are half German and half Irish and all but a few live in the U.K. at the minute and therefore can vote. There are thousands like them.
