I give you - Ray Winstone in The Departed, Leonardo DiCaprio in Blood Diamond, Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins, Scarlett Johanssen in The Other Boleyn Girl, Clive Owen in Sin City... all DREADFUL accents.

I'm sure there are many more!!

Renee Zellwegger in Miss Potter and Bridget Jones.........Johnny Depp in Pirates, Sweeney Todd and Finding Neverland.........you get my drift don't you!!!  There are many accents that can be changed and maintained perfectly throughout a film!!!!!!

Rachel (with Jodie a close second).  the best way to get someone who can cope with 8 shows a week is to get a professional like Rachel.

Ps, and to all you anti-jessiests out there. Dont judge her before she has performed, try take a neutrals view! you never know you may actually like what you see ohmy.gif

Isn't that what all of us are doing? If we're waiting until they've "performed" then what's the point of the show...?

Jessie. I think there's alot of work to be done but as Cameron Mackintosh has been at pains to point out there's six months and alot can be done in six months. I really think if she wins she'll step up.

Jodie, now that Rachel has gone. I am mad about Jessie. She is a star waiting to happen, but she'll survive alot longer if she DOESN'T win, and gets more training and experience, than if she wins. Sam has a good chance of a career as a pop singer, but I'm not convinced that acting will ever be her forte!
