Our tiCkets said that we not see the screen in full, my friend couldn't see the screen at all (hence only seeing half the show ie: half the stage was blocked) I wasn't told about the pillar, we were offered seats a bit further back but really wanted to be in the wet Zone, as it was the pillar got a good wash, I didn't.  Anyway, I will be going back again (have a small crush on Adam Cooper) but will definately be buying full price, ideally in row A ;)

Out of curiosity, can I ask which seat numbers you had that were right behind a big pillar?

I've seen SITR 10 times now and dayseated 9 times. I've been given different seats (as dayseats) each of those 9 times. Twice I was given the most central seats in row A (which were AMAZING and it makes me sad they don't give them as dayseats anymore), other times either side seats in rows B-C or sometimes slightly more central seats in row B (depending on what's available on the day). I've never had any major problems with the view, even when I was sat in the very far side seats in row B.

Oh, they don't sell row A as dayseats? :( I sat there when I went and loved it! I was wanting to go back soon but not if the day seats are awful.

We purchased D27, 28 and C27 - my seat D28 had the pillar in front - I was not made aware when purchased.  D27 was OK, acceptable view for a £25 ticket but C27 had no visible screen and at least half the stage was obscurred, very poor in my opinion and should maybe be offered on a pricing scale, £18 for C27, £20 for D28 and £25 for D27.

Even cheap, I definately will not day seat again.  Hasn't ruined my enjoyment of the show, just made me realise that I am probably more of a 'seat snob' than I thought ;)

Anyone know who is leaving and who is staying at cast change? I know Daniel is leaving and he will be replaced by Stephane Anelli, and as Scarlett is in A Chorus Line she is obviously leaving! anyone know who else is leaving and who is joining?

I got Row A when I day seated smack bang centre - was amazing - laughing all the way through the wet scenes - Adam Cooper clocked it and I ended up on his hit list quite a bit!
This is my street, I smile at the faces I've known all my life, They regard me with pride.

Ooh has it been confirmed that Stephane Anelli is taking over? I saw him in Legally Blonde - can definitely picture him as Cosmo.

Pretty sure Katherine Kingsley is leaving too. And Adam Cooper is staying.

I haven't been paying attention. Stephane Anelli? Amazing! He's fab.
