Very interested to see how this goes on as an arena show. There certainly seems to me some heavy weight names appearing in the show plus guest appearences specific to each city it visits, with Russell Watson being the 1st at the World Premiere in Manchester next month.
2013:
JANUARY: Peter Pan (Mcr Opera House), One Man Two Guvnors (Lowry), Of Mice and Men (Bolton Octagon), Moscow State Circus (Lowry)
FEBRUARY: Priscilla (Mcr Opera House), Jethro (Lowry), Guinness World Records (Lowry), Peacock & Gamble (Lowry)
MARCH: Book of Mormon (LDN), Billy Elliot (LDN), Horrible Histories (Lowry), New Jersey Nights (Mcr Opera House), 8 out of 10 Cats (Media City), Hairspray (School Production), The Hollies (Lowry), Marti Pellow (Lowry), Sing-a-long a Grease (Lowry), Rocky Horror (Mcr Opera House)
APRIL: Ghost on Tour Cardiff x6, Ghost on Tour Wimbledon x1
MAY: Woman in Black (Lowry), Blues Brothers - Approved (Mcr Opera House), Ghost on Tour Edinburgh x3, Carnaby Street (Mcr Opera House)
JUNE: Omid Djalili (Lowry) Ghost on Tour Wolverhampton x2, Ghost on Tour Leeds x4

I really want to know the cast list for this show. I know chris barton and kayleigh stephenson are in this but who else?

I saw Corrie the Musical at the Lowry and it was enjoyable. However, I fear this will be a bit of a damp squib. It has the potential to be good but it will be lost in the vast arenas. This sort of a show could be really good in a theatre but, if you're not in the front few rows at the arena, you'll be relying on a screen, which is daft for live theatre.

I'd really like to go and see what it's like but it isn't coming anywhere near me unfortunately. Will be interested to see the reviews.

At £67.25 for floor seats anywhere near the stage, it ain't cheap. I'm not prepared to gamble that kind of money for a show that might not live up to its promises.

Interesting news! Judging by the reviews it's a bit of a mess

Was the Lowry production a musical too?
