I'm sure if it's Kenwright they will get it. I'm not sure I see this doing so well on tour. Time will tell I guess

His Majesty's Theatre in Aberdeen has no information posted regarding the Love Never Dies tour, so there is no true confirmation of this tour as of yet. I'm sure if this news is true it will be announced within the next few months though. I would love it to tour, but would hope they would make it more like the Melbourne production, which I found more visually stunning.

Interesting to think that if Love Never Dies had been a success, it would have been the fourth time ALW had three or more shows running simultaneously on the West End and Broadway.  He did it in 1988, 1990 and 1994. This time, he'd have done it with (on Broadway), Phantom, Evita and JCS (and maybe LND if it has been a success in the UK!) and in London with Phantom, LND and Oz. Ok the latter would be tenuous, but it does have new material.

found out the tour is coming to Aberdeen next year

Can you tell me when?  My son lives in Aberdeen and I could visit him and LND at the same time.

I enjoyed Love Never Dies when I went to see it in London and after seeing the DVD of the Australian production, I think there aresome impressive parts of the Australian production which would have been great in the London production. For instance, the scene for "The Beauty Underneath" I thought was far better in the Oz production and made to feel that little bit more creepy and sinister. I like the thought of it touring. I'll be interested to see who is cast as Christine, the Phantom and Raoul.

I would love Celia Graham to tour with this as I miss hearing her sing.  John Owen-Jones would be far more suited as the Phantom as he is older than Ramin was in LND and his TIHYS for me is better than the original.  I do hope an announcement is made soon

I wonder if we might get Niall Sheehy as Raoul following ALW's comments at the end of Superstar?
