Well that'll be entertaining purely for the reviews on the Broadwayworld forums!

I think Broadway was always planned. That article is all a bit vague though.  Then again she has the money to do it regardless.

I will be amazed if it ends up on Broadway. All of this "we're sold out, the audience love it, Broadway want it" nonsense they're spouting really smacks of desperate damage control. It isn't working. Has anyone looked at the plan for tonight? It's EMPTY.

I think it sells quite alot of "spure of the moment" in person tickets though to be fair...

That's precisely what a friend and I did last night. Tried the Book of Mormon lotto, didn't win so ambled over to the Piccadilly and ended up getting row K in the stalls, centre for £20.

The show was beyond awful, in my opinion. So bad that it was laughable at points. I actually felt sorry for the (mostly) talented cast because the material/direction they've been given is just shoddy. I could go on and on but there's actually no point. I'm glad I've seen it so I can actually understand what people have been saying. Would have been gutted if I'd paid any more than the £20 I did pay though!

Is that Ealing or Fulham Broadway? Can't see it making the big white way.

The quote in the newspapers a few weeks ago was "the truth is that we (Viva Forever) are sold out until June. Hmmmmmmm....well as we know you can look at the live seat plans on the ATG website to see just how "sold out" it is (or not in almost all cases), and now last night there was a large ad for the show in the Evening Standard with "Spring ticket sale" Mon - Fri Top price £39.50 March, £45.00 April, and £49.50 May.
