Viva Forever wouldn't last long on Broadway, the critics would crucify it, I know ALW managed to rework LND but I can't see Judy Craymer wanting to risk putting the show elsewhere,

Shes put alot in to keep it running in London, she will want it to appear successful by at least opening in New York and labelling it a "limited run"

It cant be a limited run  as it would never make its money back. This is all just hearsay at the moment though. In reality she could lose a chunk of mamma mia profits if her ego keeps her flogging a dead horse

A good producer knows when to cut their losses, given how costly it is to put on a Broadway show, I doubt she'll transfer the show.

Exactly, although all that botex may have gone to her head so she may push on regardless.

The whole girl power message is old fashioned though now (sadly i think). Its gone back to girls relying in their looks and image and fluttering their eyelashes at men to get what they want

I dont really know if the show itself, regardless of popularity or reviews. Its a very british show

I dont think theres any such thing. Billy elliot could be classed as very british but was a huge hit on broadway because the story and themes were universal. Viva has friends, family, quest for fame, reality tv..all universal
