Just booked tickets to see this in London. After supporting and loving Chichester's most recent West End musicals, I'm very excited to see this one, especially after reading some of the glowing reviews here!

It's absaloutely fantastic and cannot wait for it to arrive in London! Does anybody know if all the cast are continuing with the show? I know Holly James has booked The Bodyguard..
Also, does anyone know who the understudies are? Hannah was out a week ago, I believe. Holly James is a cover for Hattie but that's all I know

Just looked at my Chichester programme and there's no understudy list. Having no understudies is not a CFT policy (well, certainly not in the main house) as Heartbreak House has understudies listed.

They have understudies in their musicals, but never seem to list them! They always have a low number of swings which surprises me for such intricate shows they put on! I think a campaign should be started to get them listed in their summer shows.. ;-)

I've just had a look at all my Chichester programmes (dating back 5 years) and the only one with understudies listed is Heartbreak House!

I saw it last night, but the board was down when I tried to get on here.

It's amazing, quite literally brilliant. Perfect cast, perfect acting. I was front row centre and just loved it all. Finished at 10.30, but it flew by. I can't wait to rebook.

Esther Rantzen was in 4th row, wonder if she remembers the original London run?
If I stay awake, it must be good.

How does the set look in a proscenium theatre?

I saw it tonight and enjoyed it a lot. The cast are great especially Hannah Waddingham and Alex Bourne. It was my first time at the Old Vic and it's a lovely venue.
