I'm a big David Tennant fan but I'm not sure I can see him in this role. I'm not sure who would be right to be hoest.

Shrek has extended to June 2013, so this looks set to be at the Palladium after all

Booking periods don't mean a thing.

Agreed. They are often a last ditch attempt to build an advance before a closing notice. Especially when so far in advance for a none long runner

That's not too far ahead comparatively - however worth noting Shrek are now discounting reasonably heavily.

But yes, I can't see this going anywhere but the Palladium (and never seriously did). Wonder when tickets are due to go on sale.

By the looks of it, tickets are already on sale for groups of 12+ I think; the 'official' website says London Palladium.

Yeah, I remember the groups going on sale back in early July (I think) - it was certainly before the rumours kicked off it might move to the TRDL.

It said general tickets would be on sale in October when it first announced, but no more details on exact dates.  It could easily switch to Drury Lane before then, just switch group sales to the new venue and any marketing could be changed as nothing with be finalised, designed but not printed.

Even after tickets have gone on sale its been known for shows to change theatres, its rare, but it has happened.

Has it happened before with two such big theatres, though? Whether that makes a difference, I've no idea!

Somebody make me come through, I'll always be there as frightened as you of being alive.
