Puppets or maybe some sort of projection/hologram type set up

I think wait till the marketing really kicks in for it and its going to go mad... The west end has needed a huge family show for years like this.

Matilda didn't have a huge advance before the reviews and then it exploded...

I dont know about the advance but i had problems getting matilda tickets before it opened, weekend anyway

I imagine we'll see Douglas Hodge, Sam Mendes and the boys who will be Charlie on every chatshow and radio programme. There is already posters on the Underground but more will come and likely it'll be similar to Mormons marketing.

It has a lot going for it, apart from the very well known source material, its being directed by Sam Mendes and the huge success of Skyfall plus the fact its his first musical in 10 years will be of interest to the media.

I think it will stand or fall based on reviews, both critical and word of mouth. Theatre is a huge investment for a family audience.
