That said - WWRY is practically a Queen gig with some linking anyway, so it would work well in arenas as there's next to no dramatic tension to lose between songs.

That's very true; I was thinking more of losing some of the dialogue explaining what is happening (not that it is a complex storyline) as I have found it hard to hear what is being said in between songs at some concerts in the past. That said, I doubt there will be as much screaming and shouting at a musical!

Kerry Ellis back to play meat? Don't make me laugh! If it's anything it'll be Killer Queen which she's actually expressed interest in before.

No need to be rude...

I don't think she'd be a good KQ.

i'd love to see sabrina back as scaramouche and coutts as meatloaf too. maybe ross hunter as a cheeky gazza...

Ross and Amanda would be very good indeed. Would love Mazz to make a return. Do you think she is all WWRY'd out though?

I think Kerry would be an awesome KQ after hearing her 'Another one bites the dust'. I definitely think Mazz wouldn't rule out returning, when she went back to the show for her 2 week stint last year I remember her tweeting something hinting that she hadn't left forever. Not sure if she'd tour though with a baby...

I actually think this is a more logical choice than a stage show, it's basically a rock concert with a weak story thrown in.

D'ya think we can get it out of the Dominion at the same time? ;)

It is with some trepidation that booked for this at the Manchester Arena. Ive never seen it and I wouldn't describe myself as a Queen fan although I thought they made some great record. More or worrying is that it's starring Curly Watts out of  Coronation Street and Brenda thingy from the X Factor.

Have I made a terrible mistake?

Tickets were only £40 for the front blocks. It's not the full arena either, it's half.
