I liked the system once I worked out what browser to use. Sure, the shows are over-subscribed but that isn't the booking system's fault. I had no problems once I was logged in properly and wasn't left hanging at the security 3 figure banking code bit as has happened in the past.

It's not the oversubscription I'm complaining about, it's the getting booted back to the end of the queue so having to wait another 45 mins before booking.... I'm using Chrome on Win 7, which is listed as a supported browser.  How did you "work out what browser to use?"

Weren't they giving those who had booked The Count of Monte Cristo priority booking for The Magistrate? What's happened to that?

It was actually Chrome that worked for me rather than an old version of IE.

I found seats together for the Magistrate. Surely it can't be sold out already?

I managed to get a ticket for The Effect but can't seem to get anything for the Magistrate. Can get the list of dates up, but none of them seem clickable. I guess they are either sold out already or for some reason the links have been disabled.

Anybody else had luck with the Magistrate, this morning?

Amazed to wait several hours to simmer down before coming here, only to find no posts since 10 September.  So was I the only mug who wasted a precious day off to stay in for the opening of Advance booking this morning?  The new system worked well up to a point, but yet again, not only had all the reasonably-priced seats gone but most of those for matinees, when on weekdays I'd have qualified for a concession.  This proves to me beyond doubt that Advance membership is a total waste of money and that it's  a case of giving it up or upgrading (ouch!) to the £65 version.

Were any tickets for the Effect made available to Advance members?

Oh now this is ridiculous.. trying to use the promo code for The Magistrate which fails to work and keeps saying "LOGIN or BECOME A MEMBER". Wonderful as I am signed in and with the promo code given.

Was the old system really that broken?

EDIT - Oh, I might have figured it out. EntryPass getting in the way of it working, despite EP holders having booked for Count and now can't use the "priority booking" period.
