I think its more likely to go to Dublin to be honest
This is my street, I smile at the faces I've known all my life, They regard me with pride.

That's what I'd thought. :(

Probably reading too much into this but interesting that it starts just after London cast change next year.
More likely to do with scheduling or Im sure I read that the asia tour finishes in the early part of next year so a set will be available.

That's the only place in Ireland it was ever likely to go - it was the only place that could cope with the Phantom tour.

wicked should be far easier to tour than other shows, it doesnt have that complex a set and for a show about witches it has a lack of magic/effects.
I think i read, and i could be wrong, that the US tour has the dragon but it doesnt move or breath smoke.

I could see them using (and maybe altering) the set that's currently being used in Scheveningen since the Dutch production is closing in January. That set was also used in Germany and seems like it could be used for a tour.
Seen (theatre): Once (London x 2), Wicked (Scheveningen, The Netherlands x6), Wicked (London x 22), We Will Rock You (London x3), Les Miserables (London x 1), The Phantom of the Opera (London x1), Rock of Ages (London x 1), Romeo et Juliette (Takarazuka Revue, Japan x 5), Studio54 (Takarazuka Revue, Japan, x1), For Whom The Bell Tolls (Takarazuka Revue, Japan, x1), Nova Bossa Nova/Meguriai wa Futatabi (Takarazuka Revue, Japan, x2), Nijinsky (Takarazuka Revue, Japan, x3), 9 to 5: The Musical (UK Tour, Sunderland x1), RENT in Concert (Newcastle x1), Singin' In The Rain (UK Tour, Sunderland x 1)

Seen (concerts, etc): Willemijn Verkaik "As I Am" solo concert at the AFAS Circustheater (2012), West End Eurovision 2013, Rachel Tucker at the St James Theatre studio, Scott Alan at the O2, Andrew Lippa at the St James Theatre

Yes. She left wicked London after an amazing run. She's having a baby and then when the baby is a few months old she's going back to wicked again. To tour. Ahem. 😳
