He would be a good fiyero (if he can dance) but im not sure its a role he would want to do. Gareth gates has been rumoured previously (not that i want that to be true)

I saw Gareth play Marius in Les Mis a couple of years ago and he really surprised me, he was much better than I expected.  In my opinion it wouldn't be the worst casting if he was Fiyero.

I think he'd be a better Boq.

I'd love to see Gareth Gates as 'Fiyero'! He definitely has the voice and his acting has improved a lot over the years. I loved him in 'Joseph' and 'Les Mis'. Most recently, I saw him in 'Loserville' and he really was fantastic in it. He has a lot of charisma and his cheeky face would be perfect for 'Fiyero' in my opinion.

I know auditions are well underway for the ensemble. Any idea when we will hear who the leads are? I am hoping it is someone good. Nikki Davis Jones would be a great choice. I remember seeing Sarah Earnshaw and loving her too so I hope a few understudies at least get to audition for it. :)

I'll be seeing it November 30th. :D

Anyone know what seating is like in the Bord Gais upper circle? It's all I can afford right now.

Very high! It's a good view, but if you're iffy with heights, I'd avoid it.

That's good. I am fine with heights upon looking up different websites I have heard the view of Bord Gais is pretty good. I am bringing a seven year old so hopefully all goes well. ^_^

The view from up there is great. It's not as high as the Upper Circles in most West End theatres and because it's newly designed there's perfect sight lines from all the seats.
