Does anyone have any idea when the Donmar are announcing their next production? We're still waiting on the 6th one for this year to be announced...

It cant surely be that far off now. This has puzzled me for some time. As I interpreted it there is going to be a designated booking period for this one isolated production - hence we only could book back in the Spring for the 2 autumn productions rather than the usual 3.

Could it really be "Skylight"? I would love it to be but even for those of us who can priority book it would be a nightmare ticket and it would make far greater financial sense to be staged at a much-larger venue if the West End was to win out over Broadway. So my head says "Probably not" to that one. But they surely must tell us before "Berenice" opens, if only through the Daily Mail. I'm sure Baz knows already.

The final Donmar Trafalgar season has just been announced today so that's probably enough Earlham Street press releases for one week.

An all-female Julius Caesar with Harriet Walter as Brutus.
