There are a couple of shows (some of them sadly rather new) that I don't believe will last to long, one of which I think will vacate its theatre by march (and that's being kind). With Kinky Boots and Newsies both wanting to come in, I am sure theatre owners would want potential money makers in there houses.

Newsies needs a midsized theatre, it would fit at somewhere like the Phoenix or at a push, the Gielgud. I don't think Kinky will arrive until late 2014/early 2015 but I imagine the producers of that are looking for a theatre as are a number of new shows so I agree that a few shows currently running may be on shaky grounds if they're not performing that well.

I think the Shaftsbury, will be very by March, regardless of whether its embraced by the theatre going world or not, the marketing is poor and there is very mixed word of mouth about it.

Shaftesbury and Savoy I agree but not sure on the others. The Aldwych obviously depends on how Stephen Ward is received by audiences, I think The Commitments will do a year minimum.

I have a feeling the Shaftesbury will be available from January - can't see FHTE lasting longer than Christmas.
If I stay awake, it must be good.

Victoria Palace definitely won't be free next year. Billy Elliot's just extended until May 2015.
Of course, that's not a guarantee and it may still close, but the chances of that happening are slim.
