To take someone for the first time, where's the best place to sit roughly?

I would say the royal circle, that's where I saw it from the first time and I thought it was a great overall view! I've sat in the stalls twice and the upper circle once, but the royal circle was the best IMO. The stalls would be okay as well, but don't sit too close if you want to fully take in everything that's happening on the stage - maybe look at seats from Row J backwards?

Finally I can publish this review

This musical about the lives of budding Broadway performers competing for a few roles is told with heart by a fantastic cast and production team.

Nice review David J but I have to point out that it is Scarlett Strallen not Summer playing Cassie.

I have heard rumors that this show will close early and that a tour of Hairspray may come in? I hope this isn't true....

Has anyone else heard this?
