Wouldn't Ramin & Hadley be too old?  How about some new blood rather than rehash those that have done it before.  I've often thought Scott Garnham would make a good Chris and even Chris Jacobsen.  I'd like to see someone who we perhaps associate with something totally different, maybe Stephen Ashfield (although I'm sure he's probably a similar age to Ramin).  Anyone got an ideal cast?

I'd love to see Dean Chisnall, Michael Xavier or Matthew Wycliffe as Chris.

Saw the casting breakdown for this and it says 'Chris (19-23 years old)' so I'd be very surprised if the usual faces are what they're looking for. Craftymiss I think you're spot on about Hadley and Ramin. Ramin was Chris a decade ago. He's got no reason to go back to 'juve lead' now he's playing the likes of Phantom and Valjean regularly. And Hadley has just broken into high-calibre 'straight' theatre so he may wish to see where that road leads for a while before doing another year-long contract in a musical.

Scott Garnham? Nadim Naaman? Liam Tamne? The next generation for me...

I'm sure it'll all depend on who they find to play Kim though - that'll be the priority, and then finding the right Chris to match.

I wonder whether Alistair Brammer's in with a shout as Chris? Right age, right sort of look, done Marius now in Warhorse?

Me neither. I like him too but I'm not convinced he'd look right.

Worked front of house when he was in Sound of Music. Saw him as Raoul in Phantom and then in Chess. Unashamedly just a bit of a fan really!
