I agree with Epicoene. It's where they've come from and what they've done previously that excites me.

No of course it doesn't matter what their gender is. Sorry if my flippant remark offended. I think a wholesale change across the theatre world is very exciting. And makes me feel just a tad old. But I promise I will try to keep up.

Let's hope people don't just go to productions there because of their reputations...let's hope that they really study each play and check that they are going for the right reasons....
