Once at the Menier a couple laid out a picnic of sandwiches and crisps between them. Far easier to get someone to move a coat.

Outstanding! And there's me being most uncivilised and shaming my mother by eating mine as i wander along the streets.

I was reading the review that Michael Billington wrote for the original production in his book today. I'm wondering if there will be any revisions of the script.... He seemed to find it very refreshing/ surprising though.
2014 theatre: Blithe Spirit (Gielgud)  Booked: Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Savoy)  Waterbabies (Curve)  View from the Bridge (Young Vic)  Birdland (Royal Court).

Samantha Bond is also going to be in this -waiting to see if she will 'tweet' me who is playing James! Shaping up as a great cast but not one of my favourite plays.
