I think it is a sign of a great show if it can have a contender for as many categories as possible, I wouldn't call it the best musical, but Miss Saigon is the only musical I can think of that has a good song in each section.

Male Solo: Bui Doi
Female Solo: I'd give my life for you
M/M Duet: The Telephone song
M/F Duet: Sun & Moon
F/F Duet: I Still Believe
Ensemble: The American Dream

But all from one musical aside, I think my true choices would be;

Male Solo: Bui Doi - Miss Saigon
Female Solo: No Good Deed - Wicked
M/M Duet: Pretty Women - Sweeney Todd
M/F Duet: As Long As You're Mine - Wicked
F/F Duet: Defying Gravity - Wicked
Ensemble: One Day More - Les Miserables
2002: Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
2004: Joseph And The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat
2008: Mamma Mia
2009: Sound Of Music, Les Miserables, The Woman In Black
2010: Wicked
2012: Wicked, Chicago, Legally Blonde, Ghost, Wizard Of Oz, Phantom Of The Opera (UK Tour), Matilda, Sweeney Todd, Taboo (Brixton), Wicked, Wicked
2013: Lift (Soho), The Book Of Mormon, Avenue Q (Off-Broadway), Newsies (Broadway), Wicked (Broadway), Pippin (Broadway), The Lion King.
2013: A Chorus Line, Wicked, The Book Of Mormon, Wicked, The Book Of Mormon, Wicked, We Will Rock You (UK Tour), Wicked (UK Tour), Charlie And The Chocolate Factory, Wicked, Les Miserables, Wicked
