Two venues announced so far, Cardiff in April and Leeds in June.

I haven't seen it, but surely for a show that opened at the Manchester Opera House it won't be too hard to tour? But then again I have been wrong before.....

The show can not tour in it's original form as the set took 4 days to get out in both Manchester and London so will need redesigning.

Surely the moving video screens would be one of the first things to go? I'm not sure how essential they are to any of the tricks/effects or the story... that could be simplified perhaps.

They would need a static screen at the back of the stage for the subway scenes though I'd have thought?

They will need some sort of name to sell it so he would be a good option.

The strongest element for me watching the London production was the incredible staging and the effects. A "simpler" touring production could strip the show of its strongest elements. Plus of course touring productions now charge West End prices which I find infuriating when you are getting ( in most cases ) a hugely scaled down production. The exceptions to this (eg Lion King) really stand out! The "provinces" are routinely short changed and Ghost appears to be no exception.

depends onthe show, the straight from west end shows often charge high prices but ones designed just to tour are often lower. i agree though, for me the staging was all it really had going for it

Would love to see Lisa Davina Phillip  as Oda Mae, had her on the first two times i saw the show and she is so awesome!!! She had me crying with laughter during the Bank scene both times and i think she plays the part so much better than Sharon D Clarke, comes across much more natural .
