I'm amazed. I expect she does poignant well but she mumbles..in my experience. Has she played it before in her yoof?

   Not according to her Who's Who entry. She didn't actually do *that* much stage work in her youth as she got into films almost immediately. I hadn't realised though that she was the first Miss Jean Brodie on stage. I wonder why she didn't get the film gig

This was rumoured last year/ this year when Rylance spoke with Mark Lawson at the Criterion.

I'm a bit sick of Much Ado to be honest. I was happy with the Tennant/Tate version for a few years. This one looks somewhat miscast. If Rylance was acting in it on the other hand...
