The central funny scenes are fine and the ending quite nice. The peripherals are awful really, like school play standard on a good day if you see what I mean. So much attention to the set ......o for the days when one set would do with a little bit of stuff brought on and off. I love this play, the forerunner of all the sitcoms and Rix style farces we have ever known; saw Ian Richardson play Ford back in the day. But massaging one's equipment doth not a comedy make and I'm sorry to say that is pretty well all this production had to offer.
