From DMT website

Day Seats: A limited number of day seats will released from the box office at 10am each day priced at £10 each. They will be sold as 2 tickets per person on a first come, first served basis. The seats will be top price during previews and second price from 6th March.

Which would make it either back of the stalls or in the upper circle.

Hi all, I'm new.

How early does one have to arrive in order to have a chance at getting a seat?
Hope you enjoy joining in on the board. Re arrival - earlier posts here suggest arriving well before 8.00 to ensure getting day seats. Keep an eye on this thread, I'm sure others will post their experiences post-reviews.

Yes thanks for getting hold of that. I'll skip this one.

I wouldn't be surprised if The Audience closes at the Gielgud, takes a hiatus for Helen Mirren to complete any commitments then reopen in August at the Savoy, another example of a show that transferred to a theatre owned by a different owner was Yes Prime Minister which during its second West End run transferred from the Apollo to the Gielgud.

Amused to read in today's Guardian that Danny Boyle's original plan for the Olympics opening ceremony was for the Queen to be played by Helen Mirren - they only approached the Palace for permission to impersonate the Queen and were somewhat surprised to get the response that not only was this fine but the Queen would like to do it herself!

So maybe she'd be up for taking over the role for the transfer?
