I might need to go and see Billy Elliot again, I saw it a few years ago and just thought it was ok but everyone I know raves about it, started listening to soundtrack again yesdterday and really like the score so maybe I just missed something the first time round. Has anyone seen it recently?

Does anyone know if at the moment in the West End we have Street Dance Billy's or Ballet Billy's? Also do you know if the choreography for the two is different at any time other than during Electricity?

The Billy I saw (Harris) was most definitely a Ballet Billy - I thought he was terrific.

I have just checked the website and from what I can tell there are 2 Ballet, one street, and I have no idea about the other one!

Agreed, that's why I wanted to know!  I still admire the other one, but I know more about ballet for a start so I prefer it!

Just looking around on the web, Harrison is the only Street Billy.  All the others are ballet.

I saw the street one recently and he is actually very good. Still missed the ballet but he is an excellent singer, actor and dancer if you do see him.
