Just had an e mail from the ENO advising me, I am so annoyed as I booked absolutely ages ago and paid full price.
This is now the 2nd time that I have booked to see her and it has been cancelled. Last time was for Candide at the ENO also.

Also why cant they be honest and tell people what the real reason is that the concerts are cancelled rather than "due to unforseen circumstances" etc. It would be nice to know what the actual circumstances are especially as we have forked out good money to see the concert.

Well Kristen I dont care how good you are and even if its not your fault, I aint giving you another chance ................

I'm so annoyed! I now have train tickets and a hotel in Manchester that are all paid for and no reason to go Manchester.

alec that is ridiculous

this was in no way her fault, you are biting your nose off to spite your face.
she is not happy with not being able to come over but when she does i am sure it will be worth it.

also the reason it wasnt publically released, by speckulation, as to why it was cancelled it because it makes no business sense to - it is bad enough publicity for them as it is without them saying it was completely their fault, and no this does not mean i agree with it - this is purely from a business perspective.

there is no reason to take it out on the people in the call centre either as it is not their fault and they probably dont even know why it was cancelled.

Kristen says on Twitter, no tickets, no work permits, nothing done. She says she was all ready to go.
What a disaster.

oh jeez get over it. get a ticket refund and maybe next time think about insurance for your travel costs to cover you when travelling far to a concert. these things happen!
