Sounds interesting - New version by Howard Brenton of parts 1 and 2 of Strindberg's Dance of Death, starring Michael Pennington and Linda Marlowe. Gate Theatre from 30 May to 6 July

Loved the Trafalgar version of Part 1 last year.

Yes, Strindberg wrote a sequel (sadly not called "Dance of Death 2: Electric Boogaloo" or "Dance of Death 2: Dance Harder") - about the only thing I can find about it on the internet is that it is "rarely performed". The Gate production is both parts "condensed into a single two act drama"

I love Dance of Death 2: Dance Harder.  I can see it as a big budget dystopian epic - a kind of expansion on They Shoot Horses.  Does Bruce Willis dance?
