Is it?  Are they looking for a transfer before it's even opened in Chichester?

Barnum has Cameron Mackintosh as a associate producer so he'll be the one bringing it into London, the Gielgud has been touted as a potential theatre

Jersey boys is not going the the Pic.  The touring version of Dirty Dancing is. I was told by a production source this morning.

That would make sense as it finishes its tour in June before restarting in March 2014, I guess its just filler until a new show is ready to come in.

The Barnum transfer has always been part of the plan. Something major will have to go wrong for it not to go ahead.

The same happened with Sweeney Todd and also Kiss Me Kate was done with every intention of transferring to

I think Kiss Me Kate was originally going to the Haymarket but opted for The Old Vic instead.
