Thanks all. I can probably cope with just a few minutes of gore - I like Simon Drake's magic, after all!

I saw Enigma, loved it. Then saw Svengali, and thought hmmm.... Same show different theme. Without giving away any secrets is this different enough for me to book for the tour?

I've only ever seen his TV shows and the TV broadcasts of the theatre events.  I used to love him (not like that, though he is handsome!), but I've found each successive show less impressive.

I do love him like that though....very charismatic, suave, and handsome, and loved his Confessions of a conjuror book.

I didn't see Enigma but think Infamous is quite different to Svengali - it is even more audience-focussed and has other aspects which certainly weren't a part of Svengali, but I don't want to say what they are really!
