That I would love! My all time fave disney film from childhood, and still today I suppose! I just hope it is a really high quality production and doesn't seem like a panto. I really didn't like Beauty and the Beast as thought that was quite 'panto', though I did only see the tour and not London.

When does it open on Broadway? I havent heard much about it

The original London production and first UK Tour of Beauty and the Beast was brilliant, pure magic and Disney at its best.

Aladdin would have the panto issue to face over here

Personally, I'd love to see Tarzan or The Little Mermaid
Don't we get to be happy? At some point down the line, don't we get to relax without some new tsuris to push me yet further from you!

Who dare tell the lambs in Spring what fate the later season brings?

Aladdin might be next if it is successful on broadway next year!
The abridged version if Aladdin at California Adventure is great. A little panto, but the genie is wonderful, telling up ti date jokes. And the music is good, of course

Yeah that's true, I was presuming it was a pre-Broadway try-out in Chicago. Wonder when we will get another Disney show (as in a cartoon, not Newsies) in the West End then!

Bedknobs and Broomsticks has to be on a list somewhere doesn't it? Magic, flying beds, humans, cute kids and talking animals not to mention  that fab underwater scene. I would!
