Andrew Lloyd Webber's PROFUMO/KRAY show.

Opening October, West End.

Richard Eyre directing.

Bob Fox producing etc.

Most probably Palladium opening.

It's been described as a chamber musical that he thinks should be in a medium sized house. I don't think the Palladium qualifies there.

I know the Palladium is an ALW theatre but I cannot see Stephen Ward going there. Incidentally I thought that was just a working title for the show, not the actual title. I have to say it is not a good title for a musical. I can just see the marquee now "Rowan Atkinson in Stephen Ward" for example! LOL

True story: the original title for My Fair Lady was Lady Liza, but when the producers realised the banner would read "REX HARRISON IN LADY LIZA" they changed it, for decency's sake.

Cambridge, New London, Palladium, Drury Lane, Her Majesty's and co-owns the Adelphi with Nederlander.
