I agree you should get to the National Theatre at least once.
If it's still open, I recommend The Glass Menagerie - a very beautiful production. I personally think the new production of Cabaret is excellent, but you'll be here after the cast change and so I don't feel safe in recommending it to you!

And occassionally appalling behaved - there's more chance of school trips as well, but Fiddler should be fairly safe...

Little Shop of Horrors is really good fun and really fresh - not been open in the West End long

The National Theatre hs some pretty good stuff on and it's very varried.
Cabaret is amazing (although it really does divide opinions) It's one London more risque shows with tons of nudity. yum, yum
If you are a fan of ballet or opera then the Royal Opera house is a stunning building and they have have some great things coming up
