Officially they go on sale at 12.00 noon, but sometimes it's earlier.  There doesn't seem to be a hard and fast rule.  As to what time you should start queueing, usually 10.00 is fine these days when the box office opens, unless its something special e.g a Billy going, a Billy starting, yet another gala performance.

You should also bear in mind that 10 am would be to late for a weekend. The queue starts quite early and will be busy next weekend as one of the Billys is leaving.

Its actually quite easy to pick up seats in Row B stallls (same price and one row further back) so try for these before going for the day seats.
