I come back on because the music monstrosity seems to have disappeared only to find I now can't log out because of the advert banner. What's going on?
How do I log out?

The log out option is still there for me.. under 'IPB Portal' on the left hand side.

It is there, the problem is that as soon as the page fully loads and would let you press the log out tab, you have a big advert banner across it. It is really annoying, as it also covers the new post tab, which I always use.
Can this silly advert banner be moved please? Sure they can fit is somewhere next to the WOS logo or something?
Edit: Just changed my netscape settings to IE and the advert is actually showing in the banner, if I use my firefox settings, it covers most of the tabs on the panel.

If your browser allows you to disable iframe elements then that solves the problem.
As far as I can tell it looks like faulty CSS, given that the problem occurs in both Opera and Firefox and their support for CSS is about the best there is. I did try looking into the cause but became bogged down in an overload of scripting. Given that the workaround of ignoring iframes for whatsonstage.com allows use of the site, that'll do for me.

I have always hated eggs. I remember back when I was a sperm I tried to head-butt one. It did not end well.

I had the same problem when I tried to update my profile as the banner keeps covering my controls
Very frustrating.

Hurrah. The flashing banner has gone. I can see my top line again!
