Here's a question,
why has there been such a change of shows in the West End in the last year. According to whatsonstage.com there were 20 new shows opening last year. Why is this? and Why do we go to see them?

There has been such an array of shows opening and closing because most productions are actually losing money or just about breaking even - hence they need to close again. Very few shows are actually making a healthy profit.
