Shame they cut the medley from the revivals!

That was unforgivable. And not a word was heard from Maria's acceptance speech for Best Musical Revival Award.

#300656 The Oliviers - The Results

Nothing short of a disgrace for ITV to completely miss out the performances from The Sound of Music and Tell Me On A Sunday in the Opera House, and to not broadcast a single syllable of Maria Friedman's acceptance speech for Best Musical Revival. Unforgivable.

#244600 The Night Of 1000 Stars - Sunday 5 May 2013

Very excited that the Royal Albert Hall has today opened booking for The Night of 1000 Stars, billed as a sister event to The Night of 1000 Voices, which will take place at 8pm on Sunday 5 May 2013.

The previous Royal Albert Hall shows have taken place in 1999, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2010 and 2012, so it's great news that another one is happening in 2013!

#236495 John Wilson Prom: The Broadway Sound, 27 August 2012 - Scene Not On Television

Posted Gregor on 10 September 2012 - 04:34 PM

Due to rights issues, the West Side Story Balcony scene from last month's John Wilson prom (performed by Sierra Boggess and Julian Ovenden) was not included in the BBC Two broadcast on Saturday 1 September.

However, the kind BBC team has today made it available online.  Divine!
