No, not intended as humour. I hoped to encourage speculation about the four shows, and discussion of what people would like in them. Jamie Lloyd has announced Richard III to be a "provocative production" and I think the comments so far in this thread ("RIII again", etc,) have been a bit lame. I acknowledge that it's a tough ask to live up to the expectations raised by the first Trafalgar Transformed season, but there should still be lashings of life left over for Season Two.
As long as they do £15.00 tickets again, i'm looking forward to the second season!
I've never been to the Young Vic and am looking for seat guidance, especially from those who've seen this production. Is the second row on the "Upstairs" level any good? How much would you miss in the cheaper seats at the ends of the horseshoe shape downstairs? There is limited avaialblity so any guidance welcome! Thank you
For this one, it is in the round. Looks ok downstair anywhere, as there are no pillars or furniture.
