The man I spoke to when I booked was fine, very polite. It was the attitude of the woman, who I gather is the manager, that I was deeply unimpressed by. That, the credit card payment screw-up, and the uncomfortable seats (and the unexplained, un-apologised-for seating changes) all put me off going again. I did enjoy both the productions I saw there, though. If someone is interested in a production there, I'd say go, and make your mind up accordingly about your customer service experience. But avoid the back rows of the main seat block, as the control room wall blocks a fair bit of the stage from there.

Yes sometimes they do seem to match where blank lines are. Just doing this reply seems to have brought a few of them to the surface.
