This tour has now announced some dates in Birmingham in September (this time at the New Alexandra rather than the Hippodrome) so I guess it must be selling well! Will be very interested to know what will be different than the original production other than the puppet designs (although I much prefer the original puppets from what I've seen on the posters).

Doesn't this show need a central aisle though? Like the way Matilda has one.

Also this article here has a list of venues the show will tour to:

The National Theatre’s production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time – winner of seven Olivier Awards – will resume its West End run at the Gielgud Theatre from 24 June (opening night 8 July). The production will also receive its Broadway premiere at the Barrymore Theatre, New York this autumn.  Curious Incident… will tour the UK from December 2014 – June 2015, visiting The Lowry, Salford; New Theatre, Hull; Theatre Royal, Newcastle; Theatre Royal, Plymouth; Derngate, Northampton; Theatre Royal, Nottingham; Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff;  Festival Theatre, Edinburgh; Hippodrome, Birmingham; and Mayflower, Southampton.
American Express is the National Theatre’s Official Card Partner.

Random question here. Is Peter Dickson, the legendary voice over man, actually part of the cast who voices it live (like the voice of Audrey II would do in Little Shop of Horrors) or is it pre-recorded? Noticed he has is own biography on the website which says "Peter is proud to be part of the cast of I Can’t Sing! at the iconic London Palladium"

Is this going to be a small scale tour? it is playing at some small venues such as Greenwich, but on the other hand it is playing at  some massive venues such as Manchester and Dublin. Just wondering if anyone knew how big a production it is?

I'm guessing it will be small scale like the last tour. Just cover the majority of the set with black masking at the big venues like they did at the Hippodrome in Birmingham.
